When you purchase an item through Red Mountain Cycle or redmountaincycle.com you agree to all the terms and conditions of the sale. Items purchased online may be returned within 30days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please use return form attached below to return item. When returning an item, you purchased online, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. The amount refunded will the total cost of the item minus the shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was shipped because it qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If the item is defective or if we made a mistake we will work with you to make the situation right. Returned merchandise must be returned in original and unused condition. If the merchandise returned has signs of wear or use it will not be refunded. If your item is unreturnable, it will be returned to you after shipping arrangements have been made and paid for by you. We would recommend that if you purchased any apparel or footwear items, that you do not remove any tags until you determine that the item fits. We would also recommend that you try any shoes on in a carpeted area to help keep the shoes as clean as possible. Please be mindful of any dirt or hair (pet or human) on an item may limit is the ability to be returned.
When shipping an item back for returns, you are responsible for making sure that all items packaged appropriately. If you are returning an item that is packaged or box please do not place any tape on the box or package. Any damage to the retail package may make your item ineligible for a refund. If you ship an item back for any reason please make sure to ship via a carrier with tracking information.
We will try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it may take 3-4 days to process your return. Once we submit the refund to your payment method it may take up to 14 days for the credit card company to issue the refund to your account. We don’t have any control over the time the credit card companies take to issue a refund.
If you feel you received a defective item please reach out to us asap. We can help you by working through the manufactures warranty policies and processes. If the manufacturer prefers to work with the customer directly we would ask you to reach out to them directly to try and take care of the situation. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so we will do what we can to make things right. If you can’t find a resolution with the manufacturer we will do everything we can to take care of you.
